U postavkama korisnici mogu upravljati informacijama o lokacijama, uslugama, resursima, osoblju i dostupnim danima.

Funkcionalnost varira ovisno o odabranim paketima.

7. Cijene i plaćanja

Ciklus naplate pretplate odgovara tekućem kalendarskom mjesecu.

8. Naplata SMS-a

Upon the due date of an outstanding obligation, the user receives a reminder with an 8-day deadline. In case of non-payment, the provider reserves the right to suspend the account (read-only access).

After 30 days of suspension, the provider may initiate the termination process. Before data deletion, the user has an additional 30 days to export their data in supported formats.

After termination, data in operational systems is deleted, while backups are retained for 60 more days and then irreversibly deleted or anonymised, except where a longer retention period is required by law.

15. Subscription Cancellation by the User

16. Subscription Termination by Lime Booking

Termination by Lime Booking (with and without cause):

(a) Without cause (termination for business reasons): The provider may terminate the subscription with a 30-day notice period. The user retains access and the ability to export data until the notice period expires (see “Data Export and Deletion”). The provider will refund the proportional part of any prepaid subscription for the unused period after the termination date.

(b) With cause (violations): The provider may immediately terminate the subscription or temporarily suspend the account if the user seriously or repeatedly violates the Terms and Conditions, endangers security, or remains in default even after receiving a reminder. The provider will generally first apply a suspension and allow the user to remedy the violation, except in cases of abuse, security incidents, or illegal content.

(c) Termination must be proportionate and non-discriminatory, and the provider may not unjustifiably prevent the user from exporting their data.

17. Custom Solution Development

18. Payment and Credit Cards

19. Customer Support

Lime Booking provides free customer support that is available within reasonable limits and scope. The support is primarily intended for technical questions and issues related to the functioning of the application.

Users commit to performing tasks independently when these can be carried out within the application and agree not to misuse support for actions they can complete on their own. Lime Booking support is not intended to handle the user’s operational tasks, except in cases where this is technically necessary or when the issue results from a malfunction of the application.

In cases of excessive use of support that is not related to technical issues, Lime Booking reserves the right to limit the scope of further support.

20. Processing of Personal Data

Roles of the Parties
When using the service, the user is generally the controller of the personal data of their clients, while the provider (Adanta d.o.o.) acts as the processor. For data relating to the user’s account, billing, administrative contacts, and communications necessary for delivering the service, the provider acts as an independent controller.

DPA and Hierarchy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which forms an annex to these Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the DPA, the DPA prevails (Art. 28 GDPR).

Purposes and Types of Data
Processing may include: appointment management, client management, notifications (transactional and, where permitted, marketing), online payments, aggregated/micro analytics, content and document management. The data processed includes, in particular, identification and contact data, service/appointment data, payment metadata, and log entries.

Sub-Processors
The provider may engage sub-processors (e.g., hosting, SMS, email, payment systems). The current list is publicly available and continuously updated; the provider notifies the user of material changes at least 15 days in advance with the option to raise a justified objection. If the user objects with valid grounds, the provider will propose an alternative solution or enable the deactivation of the affected functionality.

Transfers Outside the EEA
Transfers of personal data outside the EEA (including remote support access) are carried out only where an appropriate legal basis exists (e.g., adequacy decision, SCC, BCR) and, where required, with supplementary measures based on a transfer impact assessment (TIA).

Data Subject Rights and Assistance
The provider promptly forwards to the user any data subject requests (e.g., access, rectification, erasure, objection) and, within a reasonable scope, assists in fulfilling the user’s obligations toward data subjects and the supervisory authority (including records of processing and, where appropriate, DPIAs).

Security Breach Notification
In the event of a personal data breach affecting the user’s data, the provider will notify the user without undue delay and generally within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, providing a description of the incident, possible consequences, measures taken, and relevant contact points. The user is responsible for notifying the supervisory authority and affected individuals unless the parties expressly agree otherwise.

Retention, Export, and Deletion
Operational data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and for 90 days after termination for data export purposes; log entries for up to 12 months; backups for up to 60 days after deletion from operational systems. Within 30 days after termination, the user may request a one-time export of data in supported formats; after the expiry of these periods, the provider irreversibly deletes or anonymises the data unless otherwise required by law.

Confidentiality of Personnel
Individuals at the provider who process personal data are bound by confidentiality or an equivalent statutory duty of data protection.

Information on Processing
Upon a reasonable written request, the provider supplies the user with descriptive information on processing activities under these Terms and the DPA (e.g., categories of data, processing locations, sub-processors, and legal bases for transfers). Operational security information, audits, and technical measures are governed by Article 21.

21. Protection of Personal Data, Audits, and Compliance

The provider maintains the measures required under Article 32 GDPR, which include at minimum:

(a) access control (principle of least privilege, role management, MFA/SSO, quarterly rights reviews),

(b) encryption in transit and at rest, including key management,

(c) segregated environments (dev/test/prod) with no transfers of production personal data to lower environments,

(d) backups and regular restoration testing,

(e) centralised audit logging, monitoring, and alerting,

(f) vulnerability and update management (patching, dependency scanning),

(g) secure development (SDLC): code review, change approvals, testing,

(h) network protection (WAF/CDN, segmentation, JIT/bastion access for support),

(i) staff training and confidentiality commitments.

Logs and Retention
The provider maintains appropriate logs of access and key processing activities for traceability and security. Retention periods and deletion procedures for logs are defined in Section 20.8; this section refers to those rules.

Incident Procedure (Operational)
A procedure is established for detecting, containing, investigating, and resolving incidents, with designated contact points. External notification to the user regarding personal data breaches takes place solely in accordance with Section 20.7.

Security Audits and Information
Upon a reasonably prior written request (typically ≥ 30 days), the provider will supply appropriate information about the TOMs (descriptive policies, relevant third-party reports where available) or, where strictly necessary, allow a targeted audit, to an extent that does not unduly disrupt business operations and subject to the provider’s security and confidentiality requirements.

Remote Support Access
Where remote support access (including from third countries) is permitted under Section 20.5, such access is performed exclusively via a just-in-time/bastion regime, with MFA, restricted privileges, and full traceability.

User Security Obligations
The user is responsible for: (i) managing roles and permissions within the application; (ii) confidential handling of access credentials, use of MFA, and regular credential rotation; (iii) lawful content and legitimate recipients of communications; (iv) correct configuration of integrations; (v) keeping their systems and devices used to access the service up to date.

22. User Responsibility for Customer Data Protection

Korisnici Lime Booking aplikacije odgovorni su za pažljivo rukovanje ličnim podacima svojih kupaca i osiguranje usklađenosti s važećim zakonima, uključujući Uredbu (EU) 2016/679 Evropskog parlamenta i Vijeća od 27. aprila 2016. (GDPR) i druge relevantne propise.

U slučaju kršenja sigurnosti podataka, korisnik mora odmah obavijestiti nadležne organe, Lime Booking i sve pogođene korisnike, kako je propisano zakonskim propisima.

23. Communication

The user warrants that they have an appropriate legal basis (consent or “soft opt-in,” where permitted) for sending SMS/email messages to their recipients and that they maintain records of consents and opt-outs.

Marketing messages must clearly identify the sender and include an opt-out mechanism that works without requiring login.

Transactional messages (e.g., appointment confirmations) are separate from marketing messages.

The provider may technically enable opt-outs and maintain an audit trail of such opt-outs.

24. Intellectual Property and Licence

All intellectual property rights in the application and the service content belong to the provider or its licensors. The user is granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, time-limited licence to use the service within the scope of the selected package.

Reverse engineering, circumventing security mechanisms, sublicensing, and sharing access with third parties are prohibited unless expressly agreed otherwise.

25. Confidentiality / Trade Secrets

oth parties shall treat all non-public information of the other party as a trade secret and shall use it solely for the performance of the contract.

Disclosure is permitted only on a need-to-know basis and only to persons bound by confidentiality. Upon termination of the contract, confidential information shall be returned or destroyed upon request, unless retention is required by law.

26. Limitations and Exclusion of Warranties; Prohibited Misuse

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” The provider does not warrant that the service will operate without interruption, without errors, fully securely, or in conformity with every specific purpose of the user.

The provider may, at any time and for justified reasons, modify, improve, or remove functionalities, perform maintenance, or introduce technical limitations if required for the security, legality, stability, or development of the service. Where feasible, users will be notified of material changes in advance via the application and/or email.

The user is responsible for proper configuration, secure management of access credentials, the security of their devices and networks, and for regularly backing up data to an extent appropriate for their business needs.

Beta or preview functionalities are provided solely for testing purposes and without any warranties; they may be changed or discontinued without prior notice.

It is prohibited to modify, adapt, circumvent security mechanisms, or attempt to breach the Lime Booking application. It is likewise prohibited to modify other websites in a way that could misleadingly suggest an association with the Lime Booking website and/or application, or to use the service in any manner contrary to applicable law or these Terms.

If the service does not function in accordance with these Terms, the sole agreed remedy provided by the provider is technical correction, re-performance, or a reasonable temporary workaround.

27. Use at Your Own Risk

The user acknowledges that the use of the service involves technical and organisational risks (e.g., service disruptions, software errors, unauthorised access). The user manages these risks through appropriate internal procedures, security measures, and careful handling of access credentials.

The user is solely responsible for ensuring the lawful use of the service within their business processes (e.g., proper legal bases for sending SMS/emails, accuracy of content, correct fiscal register settings, validity of digital certificates) as well as the accuracy and completeness of the data they enter into the application.

The provider does not guarantee compatibility with all browsers, devices, plugins, or integrations; the user is responsible for verifying compatibility and configuring their environment correctly.

28. Exclusion of Liability for Third-Party Services

The service may rely on third-party solutions (e.g., cloud hosting providers, SMS delivery providers, payment processors, email delivery services). These services are subject to the terms and technical standards of those providers, and Lime Booking has no direct control over their operation.

The provider does not guarantee the availability, quality, or functionality of parts of the service that depend on third parties. To the extent feasible, the provider will relay to users any information and operational procedures issued by such providers (e.g., status pages, instructions, technical recommendations).

Changes made by third parties may require adjustments in configuration or the temporary withdrawal of certain functionalities. The provider will give users reasonable prior notice of any material impacts on the use of the service and will provide technical guidance.

29. Unforeseen Circumstances (Force Majeure)

The provider is not in breach of these Terms if the failure or delay in performing its obligations is caused by circumstances beyond its control (force majeure), such as natural disasters, fires, floods, earthquakes, wars, terrorist acts, epidemics/pandemics, strikes, power or internet outages, disruptions in the operation of essential third-party providers, or other events that cannot reasonably be foreseen or avoided.

During the period of force majeure, the performance of the affected obligations is temporarily suspended and deadlines are extended proportionally. The provider may temporarily limit or interrupt access to the service to the extent necessary to protect the system and data.

The provider will notify users of the occurrence and cessation of the force majeure event as soon as reasonably possible and will take measures to minimise its impact on the operation of the service.

If the force majeure event continues uninterrupted for more than 30 days, either party may terminate the service (in the affected part) with immediate effect by notifying the other party. In such a case, the provider will enable the user to export data in supported formats within a reasonable scope, if technically feasible and in compliance with applicable law.

30. Miscellaneous Provisions

The user agrees that Lime Booking (Adanta d.o.o.) may use the user’s company name and/or brand, including the logo, for its own advertising purposes without any additional prior consent. Such use may include, but is not limited to, displaying the name and logo on websites, marketing materials, presentations, social media, and other communication channels as part of showcasing Lime Booking’s references and trusted clients.

Lime Booking undertakes to limit the use of the name and logo exclusively to promotional activities that present Lime Booking service users and will ensure that such use does not harm the user’s reputation.

If the user does not wish for their name and/or logo to be used in these ways, they may at any time send a written request to discontinue such use to info@lime-booking.com. Lime Booking does not assume responsibility for promotional materials that were already created or published before receiving the request.

31. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably; if this is unsuccessful, the competent court shall be the court in Ptuj in the Republic of Slovenia.
