The latest Lime Booking update brings a fresh design, faster performance, and smart filtering of time slots by professional. Discover what’s new in November 2025.

We’ve rolled up our sleeves again and prepared a few improvements to make your Lime Booking experience even smoother. This update brings a refreshed design, faster performance, and several new features our users have been asking for.

Links and images in email notifications

You can now fully customize your email notifications by adding images, links, or buttons to your website, special offers, or social media. For example, in a “Thank you” email, you can add a link to book the next appointment or view a promotion.

Unified design throughout the app

Lime Booking now looks more consistent than ever. All pages – from the calendar to the settings – have received a fresh, unified look for better clarity and easier navigation. Image suggestion: screenshot of the new interface with the calendar and settings menu.

“Duplicate service” – copy a service with one click

Editing services is now faster. With the new “Duplicate service” option, you can copy an existing service in just one step.

Perfect if you have multiple similar services (e.g., “Men’s haircut / Kid’s haircut / Beard trim”) that only differ in price or duration.

Choose a professional per service

Clients can now filter available time slots by the selected professional directly in the online booking form.

If your salon has multiple staff members, selecting a specific professional will display only their available time slots – making the booking process clearer and more efficient.

Add a header and footer to receipts (Slovenia only)

You can now personalize your receipts even more. Add a header and footer with your logo, contact details, or a thank-you message.

Faster performance

We’ve made several technical optimizations under the hood – Lime Booking now loads faster, navigation is smoother, and the calendar opens almost instantly.

Improvements to the fiscal register (Slovenia only)

This update also enhances the fiscal register. The process of issuing, verifying, and archiving receipts is now faster and more reliable, and the integration with the tax authority runs automatically.
