1. Preliminary Provisions
By visiting the websites lime-booking.com, app.lime-booking.com, and other associated websites and/or applications of the company Adanta d.o.o., you agree to the general terms and conditions. These terms regulate the operation of the lime-booking.com website and app.lime-booking.com application, define the rights and obligations of the user and the provider, and govern their business relationship.
The website www.lime-booking.com and the app app.lime-booking.com (hereinafter referred to as Lime Booking) are operated by Adanta d.o.o., Seliškarjeva ulica 16, 2250 Ptuj, registration number: 8919160000, VAT number: SI 85728403, which provides e-commerce services (hereinafter referred to as the provider or Lime Booking).
The user is bound by the general terms and conditions valid at the time of registering an account on lime-booking.com and/or app.lime-booking.com. Upon registration and each login, the user is specifically reminded of the general terms and conditions of business and confirms their awareness of them by clicking the “Continue” button on the https://app.lime-booking.com/register subpage.
All provisions of these general terms and conditions are considered standard contract terms under Article 120 of the Obligations Code (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 97/07 et seq.) and are binding as contractual clauses.
Lime Booking reserves the right to periodically update and amend the terms of cooperation without notice. Users will be notified of significant changes to the terms by email or upon login to the application.

3. Registration and User Account
To use the Lime Booking application, the user must register. The user must complete all required fields for the registration process to be successful. The user agrees to provide accurate information in the required fields. Any individual who is 18 years or older and legally competent may register as a user.
Each user is responsible for updating their information whenever changes occur (e.g., contact details, address, payment information).
4. User Account Terms
The user is responsible for safeguarding their account and password. Lime Booking cannot and will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from the user’s failure to fulfill this security obligation.
5. Terms of Service Usage
Users of the Lime Booking application agree to use the services in a manner that does not harm the application, the service provider, or third parties. Any actions that could damage Lime Booking or violate the law are strictly prohibited.
The user is responsible for any costs, damages, or legal consequences resulting from violations of these terms.
6. Service Description
Lime Booking is a software provider for online appointment scheduling, client management and communication. The software enables users to enter client appointments into a calendar, as well as modify or delete them.
It also provides client analytics at a macro level (aggregated data) and a micro level (individual clients).
Users can automatically notify clients via SMS and/or email messages, customising the sequences and content of these messages themselves.
Users can create and publish an online form allowing their clients to schedule appointments. In the settings, users can manage information about locations, services, resources, staff, and available days.
Functionality varies based on the selected packages.
The user agrees to ensure that all content entered into the software is accurate and complies with the law.
7. Pricing and Payments
All users are entitled to a 2-day free trial of the application. After this period, users must select one of the paid packages to continue using the application. If no package is chosen, access to the application will be disabled.
Lime Booking reserves the right to change pricing packages but will notify users of such changes at least 30 days in advance.
Users confirm their selection of a paid package within the application by clicking on one of the packages and entering their credit card details. The package can also be confirmed in writing via email or verbally over the phone. The electronic agreement is valid for a minimum of one month. In the event of early cancellation, users are not entitled to a refund of the charged subscription fee.
The subscription billing cycle corresponds to the current calendar month. Invoices are sent as PDF files to the email address provided during account registration.
Users may dispute an issued invoice within 8 days of the invoice date. Lime Booking will respond to such disputes within 7 business days.
All prices listed on the website and in the application are exclusive of VAT.
In accordance with the Value Added Tax Act (ZDDV-1), a 22.00% VAT is added to all prices for customers inside the territory of the Republic of Slovenia. For other clients the VAT is 0%.
8. SMS billing
Depending on the selected package, the user is allocated a specific number of SMS messages. Any additional SMS messages exceeding the number included in the package will be charged at a rate of €0.06 per message, excluding VAT.
The number of SMS messages sent and the additional charges incurred will be reflected in the next invoice.
9. Online Payment Billing
When using the online payment and advance payment functionalities, Lime Booking is entitled to charge a transaction fee.
Each online payment transaction for an appointment is charged €0.50 plus 2.00% of the transaction value.
10. Add-on Billing
The following functionalities are considered add-ons to the packages, with the corresponding monthly fees (exclusive of VAT):
- Additional user: €9.90 per month
- Additional location: €9.90 per month
- Additional resource: €4.90 per month
11. Package Pricing
The Lime Booking application offers various functionality packages:
- Basic Package: €14.90 per month (exclusive of VAT)
- Advanced Package: €28.90 per month (exclusive of VAT)
- Pro Package: €49.90 per month (exclusive of VAT)

12. Pricing for Websites and Online Stores
Basic Website Package: €14.90 per month (exclusive of VAT)

13. Late Payment of Subscription Fees
In the event of a late payment by the user, an email notification about overdue obligations will be sent. The user has 8 days to settle the overdue payments. If payment is not made within this period, an email or SMS notification regarding account suspension will be sent.
The user then has an additional 30 days to settle the overdue payments. If the obligations remain unpaid after this period, the suspended account will be permanently deleted.
14. Subscription Cancellation by the User
The user may cancel their Lime Booking subscription at any time. The cancellation must be submitted in writing to the email address info@lime-booking.com or through the functionality provided in the application where available. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle during which the cancellation request was made.
After cancellation, the user is not entitled to a refund for subscription fees already paid for the current billing period. For annual subscriptions paid in advance, no refund for the remaining period will be provided.
15. Subscription Termination by Lime Booking
Lime Booking reserves the right to terminate a user’s subscription in the following cases:
- Breach of Terms: If the user violates the terms of use or acts in a way that harms Lime Booking, its services, or third parties.
- Failure to Pay: If the user fails to settle overdue payments within the stipulated deadlines after receiving notifications.
- Illegal Activities: If the application is used for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws.
Lime Booking reserves the right to cancel a user’s subscription at any time without providing a specific reason. In such cases, Lime Booking will notify the user at least 30 days in advance, except in cases of violations of the general terms and conditions, where cancellation may occur without prior notice.
If the subscription is terminated by Lime Booking, the user will retain access to the application until the end of the already paid billing period. Lime Booking is not obligated to refund any subscription fees already paid, except when the cancellation results from reasons attributable to Lime Booking.
16. Custom Solution Development
For the development of custom solutions that are not part of the application’s standard functionality but are desired by the user, the service provider will prepare a work estimate and a proposal based on the specifications gathered.
17. Payment and Credit Cards
For payments made with debit or credit cards, the following conditions apply:
The payer (as indicated in the user’s account details) must be the same individual or organization as the owner of the debit or credit card used for the payment.
18. Customer Support
Lime Booking provides free customer support within reasonable limits and scope. The support is primarily intended for addressing technical questions and issues related to the application’s functionality.
Users are responsible for managing tasks that can be performed independently within the application and agree not to exploit the support service for tasks they can complete on their own. Lime Booking’s support is not intended to handle users’ operational tasks unless such assistance is technically necessary or related to errors in the application’s functionality.
In cases of excessive use of support unrelated to technical issues, Lime Booking reserves the right to limit the extent of further support.
19. Data Protection
Lime Booking is committed to the permanent protection of all user personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and the Slovenian Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2).
Users may request the deletion of their personal data at any time, except in cases where such deletion is restricted by law (e.g., accounting and tax regulations). Deletion requests can be sent in writing or electronically to info@lime-booking.com.
Detailed information on data processing is available in the Privacy Policy. Users must provide accurate and truthful personal data and are required to notify the service provider of any changes to their information. By accepting these terms, the user confirms that the personal data provided is correct.
20. User Responsibility for Customer Data Protection
Users of the Lime Booking application are responsible for carefully handling their customers’ personal data and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and other relevant regulations.
Users commit to taking all necessary measures to protect personal data, including implementing security practices such as safeguarding access to the application, regularly updating passwords, and using secure devices and networks.
Lime Booking does not assume liability for any misuse of personal data resulting from negligence or improper handling by the users of the application. Any misuse or loss of data due to incorrect handling of personal information by a user is the sole responsibility of that user.
In the event of a data breach, the user must promptly notify the relevant authorities, Lime Booking, and any affected customers, as required by legal regulations.
21. Communication
Lime Booking will contact users through remote communication channels only if the user does not explicitly object.
Promotional emails from Lime Booking will include the following elements:
- Clearly and unambiguously marked as promotional messages.
- The sender, Lime Booking, will be clearly identified.
- Various campaigns, promotions, and other marketing techniques will be clearly identified as such, along with clearly stated terms of participation.
- A clear method for unsubscribing from promotional messages will be provided.
- Lime Booking will explicitly respect the user’s request to stop receiving promotional messages.
Promotional messages from Lime Booking will be clearly identifiable and distinctly separate from games and competitions.
22. Limitation of Liability
Lime Booking is not liable for any damages arising from improper use of the application or from non-compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
Lime Booking is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or extraordinary damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profit, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- The use or inability to use the application.
- Any modifications to the application.
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of data.
- Actions of third parties using the application without authorization.
It is strictly prohibited to modify, adapt, or hack the Lime Booking application. Additionally, it is forbidden to alter other websites to make them appear associated with the Lime Booking website and/or application.
23. Use at Your Own Risk
The user acknowledges that the use of the Lime Booking application is at their own risk. Lime Booking does not guarantee that the application will operate error-free, without interruptions, or with complete security.
The user assumes full responsibility for any risks arising from the use of the application, including data loss or business damages resulting from technical issues, software errors, or unauthorised access.
24. Disclaimer of Liability for Third-Party Services
Lime Booking utilizes services and infrastructure provided by third parties (e.g., cloud service providers, SMS providers, online payment gateways). Lime Booking is not liable for errors, outages, or issues arising from the operation or non-operation of these third-party providers.
While Lime Booking will make every reasonable effort to collaborate with users and third-party providers to resolve issues, it does not assume responsibility for delays or irregularities caused by third parties.
25. Unforeseen Circumstances (Force Majeure)
Lime Booking is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, terrorist acts, internet disruptions, power outages, strikes, pandemics, or other events that are unforeseeable or unavoidable.
In the event of force majeure, Lime Booking may temporarily suspend services or limit access, with users being notified as soon as possible.
26. Additional Provisions
The user agrees that Lime Booking (Adanta d.o.o.) may use the user’s company name and/or trademark, including the logo, for its own advertising purposes without additional prior consent. This usage may include, but is not limited to, displaying the name and logo on websites, marketing materials, presentations, social media, and other communication channels as part of showcasing Lime Booking’s references and trusted clients.
Lime Booking commits to limiting the use of the name and logo exclusively to promotional activities that highlight Lime Booking users and will ensure such usage does not harm the user’s reputation.
If the user does not wish their name and/or logo to be used for these purposes, they may submit a written request to terminate such use at any time to info@lime-booking.com. Lime Booking will not be held liable for promotional materials already created or published prior to receiving the request.
