Privacy Statement

Your personal data is for Adanta d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as "Lime Booking") are very important and are therefore protected in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and other applicable law.

Personal data

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural or legal person ('data subject').

Who processes your data?

Adanta d.o.o. or Lime Booking is a provider of online booking and appointment notification services using Lime Booking's advanced digitalised business system. More information about the company itself can be found in the General Terms and Conditions.

In accordance with GDPR legislation, we inform you that we are the data controller, which means that all decisions about the processing of your data on the website are made by us. lime-booking.com and app.lime-booking.com are accepted by us in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.

What data do we process?

When you visit the website, we automatically collect certain information which is in accordance with our terms and conditions.

a) Identifying information

This includes your full name, username and password, your official company name and VAT ID if you are a legal entity.

b) Contact details

This includes personal data that we can use to contact you, in particular your email address, telephone number, delivery address, billing address and your social media profiles.

c) User account details

This section relates to the information you give us when you register for an account: name, email address, telephone number, official company name, location address, services and any other information that may appear within the system.

d) Information about the user's customers

It contains all the customer data of a user who makes a booking for a service through Lime Booking. The data collected here is usually (but not always): name and surname, email address, telephone number, etc. The data may vary depending on the user's preferences as to what data he/she wishes to have collected.

e) Information about your online habits

Including when you browse the web via our mobile app, in particular information about the services you are looking for, the links you click on, how you search and navigate our website and information about the devices you use to access the web, such as the IP address and associated location, the device ID, its technical parameters such as operating system, version, screen resolution, browser and browser version selected, and information obtained from cookies and similar device recognition technologies.

f) Information about your behaviour in relation to reading messages

We send you information, in particular the time it takes to open the message and information about the devices from which you access the internet, such as the IP address and associated location, the device ID, its technical parameters such as operating system, version, screen resolution, chosen browser and browser version.

g) Derived data

This includes personal data obtained from your preferences, data about the items you purchase from us, data about your online habits and behaviour in relation to reading the messages we send you, in particular data about your gender, age, financial situation, consumption habits and attitudes towards different products and services.

Why do we process personal data?

By confirming the personal data you have entered, you consent to Lime Booking processing the collected data in its databases on the basis of Article 6 (1f) of the EU General Regulation 2016/679 and using it for the following purposes:

  • statistical processing;
  • customer segmentation and purchase behaviour analysis;
  • informing customers of any defects, corrections and changes to products and services;
  • for direct marketing campaigns: sending offers, promotional material;
  • sending invitations to events;
  • telephone, written and electronic surveys.

 

We will only use your personal data to fulfil our contractual obligations to you where there is a legitimate interest for us to do so, i.e. where you have consented to the processing of your data by using our services that we provide and where required by law. We may process your personal data as long as our activities do not disproportionately infringe your privacy. 

Even for data processing based on our legitimate interests, you have the right to restriction, which means that you may miss out on new offers and events or not be informed about them.

All the personal data described above is processed by us as Operator

This means that we determine the purposes for which we collect your personal data and the means of processing, as defined above, and are responsible for ensuring that they are carried out accordingly.

How long will we keep the data?

Lime Booking processes the data until the person's consent is withdrawn. You can send a written revocation to info@lime-booking.com. Notwithstanding cancellation, Lime Booking will use the data for the performance of its contractual obligations.

What rights does an individual have?

  • access, rectification, alteration or addition of personal data concerning him or her;
  • a printout or a copy for the purpose of transferring the personal data relating to him/her;
  • erase or restrict the processing of personal data.
 

We use the email address you provide to us to send you occasional communications about new products and services. You may request that Lime Booking delete your email address from our records at any time. The unsubscribe method is described in each communication we send to your email address.
